The studio’s most-requested commission: a real neighborhood or city district, illustrated at a scale chosen for what actually needs to be legible — a walkable few blocks at 1:5,000, or a full district at 1:15,000 — built from public survey and parcel data and checked on foot wherever practical.
Every city map ships with the representative-fraction scale printed plainly in the margin, exactly as a real cartographer’s plate would carry it, not hidden or omitted for the sake of a cleaner-looking border.
