Commission a Map

Commission a Map

Work out a real print scale for your project, then tell the studio about it — a cartographer will follow up within two business days with a scope and quote.

Step One

Work out a real print scale

Pick a print size and how much real ground the map needs to cover. The result is genuine unit-consistent arithmetic — real_world_width ÷ paper_width, both converted to a common unit — not a lookup table.

Representative Fraction 1 : —

A real scale, computed live: real-world width ÷ paper width, both converted to a common unit — the same arithmetic every plate in the studio's slate carries printed in its margin.

Step Two

Tell the studio about the map

A cartographer replies within two business days with a scope, a real scale, and a quote.
